The proposed project will widen Lathrop Road from two to four lanes and construct a grade separated crossing on Lathrop Road on both sides of the Union Pacific Railroad tracks, in the City of Lathrop. The roadway section is consistent with the existing easterly grade separation on Lathrop Road. The section consists of a modified version of the City of Lathrop's Arterial Section.
