Document Description
Project proponent proposes to restore the existing Quail Hollow Brook pond by removing sediment and distributing sediment onsite, replacing the existing drainage pipes and culvert, and removing and replacing the existing headwall located at the lower pond area. Project construction will entail dewatering of the construction area and installation of a permanent, gravel access road, approximately 12 ft. wide, into southwest side of the pond and installation of a rock apron within Quail Hollow Brook immediately downstream of the culvert headwall/dam to dissipate energy at the culvert outlet during flood events. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2009-0274-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicants, E. Floyd and Jean Kvamme.
