Document Description
The request is for a 2 parcel residential division. The project would create two 5 acre parcels. One parcel would contain an existing residence which would continue to be served by an existing on-site septic system and drilled well. The proposed undeveloped second parcel would be served by a public water and sewer system. Improvements would include an encroachment to Locust Street, a driveway crossing of Anderson-Cottonwood Irrigation District irrigation ditches, construction of lateral water and sewer connections, and installation of improvements consistent with fire protection water standards, including at a minimum, a fire hydrant.
