Document Description
The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Streambed
Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0344-R2, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Town of Truckee.
The Project will replace the existing corrugated metal pipe culvert with an open bottom precast concrete arched culvert and wing walls. Riprap will be installed adjacent to the wing walls to retain the slopes. The Donner Creek channel will be widened and a low flow channel established. Rock weirs deigned to facilitate fish passage will be installed along the restored creek section. A new utility infrastructure will be installed within the new crossing structure.
