Document Description
The Coldstream Specific Plan encompasses a 178.6 acre site and will allow development of up to 300 residential units, 30,000 square feet of commercial uses, construction of a 3.8 acre neighborhood park and approximately 108 acres of preserved open space. The Plan also allows a number of infrastructure improvements, including new utilities, creek and pond restoration, construction of on-site and off-site segments of the Truckee River Legacy Trail, and a new vehicular bridge over Cold Creek.
