Document Description
Request to construct a 3 story, 71,273 sf building on the Queen of the Valley Hospital campus to be used for intensive care unit, surgery and laboratory. Project approvals include: 1) a General Plan Amendment to increase the allowable floor area ratio (FAR) of General Plan POD PS-814 from 0.40 to 0.44; 2) a Use Permit to allow the hospital facility improvements; and 3) a Design Review Permit for the proposed building and site improvements. The project will be located in the northwest corner of the 21 acre hospital campus in an area that currently contains surface parking and 3 one-story buildings which will be removed.
