The project consists of the construction of a 2 lane by-pass road in an east and west direction that would extend from the intersection of Regatta Boulevard and Erland Street to Meade Street. The proposed roadway would reroute vehicular traffic to the south to avoid current delays along Marina Bay Parkway.
