Develop 20 acres of seasonal wetland within the existing 30 acre Emergency Pond that will not obstruct the pond's original intended use. Construct 700 ft of new channel to relocate the discharge of treated effluent from Clear Stream to Spanish Creek. Stabilize the lower 300 ft of the Clear Stream channel.
