NOTE: Review Per Lead/Revised To establish a seasonal farm labor camp on an ~1/2 acre site within a large olive farming operation, which will house up to 140 on-site agricultural workers for up to 60 days each calendar year during olive harvest time (typically mid-September through early November). The units will be placed approximately 460 feet west of the centerline of Wisconsin Avenue and roughly 50 feet north of south property line. To service the occupants' sanitary needs, portable toilet facilities along with hand-wish sinks will be provided along with multi-ganged portable shower units. In addition, portable mess hall trailer will be provided to accommodate the morning and evening meals. All meals will be catered to the mess hall trailer. The project will be constructed and operated substantially in accordance with the Site Development and Operational Report prepared by Judson Engineering. The project site zoned EA-AP; Exclusive Agricultural - Agricultural Preserve Zoning District. The site is located south west of Woodson Bridge, on the west side of Wisconsin Avenue, approximately 4,650 north of the Wisconsin Avenue/Merrill Road Intersection.
