NOTE: Review Per Lead To establish seasonal farm labor housing on ~1/2 acre, consisting of 10 portable dormitories to house up to 140 people, dining building, showers and restroom facilities that use self contained holding tanks for wastewater and sewage to be pumped periodically and disposed of off-site at an approved disposal site. The project site is zoned EA-AP;Exclusive Agricultural-Agricultural Preserve Zoning District. This is the first phase of a proposed 2 phase project. Only Phase 1 is being evaluated in this study. The site is located southwest of Woodson Bridge, on the west side of Wisconsin Ave, ~4,650' north of the Wisconsin Ave/Merrill Road intersection.
