- Expansion of the existing Department of the Navy Remote Training Site, Warner Springs, CA (RTSWS). The training site, which is partially leased from the Vista Irrigation District (VID), currently provides area for military training activities for search, evasion, resistance, and escape (SERE) training. The proposed project under CEQA consists of the expansion and realignment of training areas, portions of which would occur on land owned by the VID (expansion of current lease areas of 1,198 acres by adding an additional 4,307 acre lease area).
