Document Description
The project includes mass grading, intercepting and conveying tributary flows, and establishing a 100-foot wide fuel modification zone surrounding the development. An engineered trapezoidal channel conveyance system will be constructed along the northern, western, and southern boundary of the project site. The channel will be lined with either concrete or rock rip-rap- and be comprised of 19 channel segments with inlet structures or aprons where an offsite tributary intersects with the trapezoidal channel. A storm drain system will be installed to convey urban and storm water runoff generated within Neighborhood I West to four onsite detention/retention/ infiltration basins. Runoff from the detention/retention/infiltration basins will then discharge to either Sycamore Flats or the north fork of Sycamore Creek. The construction of the project will impact 5.10 acres of Fish and Game Code section 1602 resources.
