Document Description
The project is a Major Use Permit to allow the construction and operation of a new Religious Assembly Complex (church campus) with a maximum occupancy of 1,000 persons. The church campus would consist of 6 main structures totaling ~65,000 sf, 385 parking spaces, associated landscaping and outdoor areas on a 20.6 acre parcel. The project would include a preschool for a maximum of 120 students and 17 teachers. The project would be constructed in 4 phases.
