Document Description
The proposed Administrative Headquarters would provide ~140,244 sf of administration office space, which includes a service center, truck shop, and duty quarters. The main administration building would serve departments, accommodate ~372 employees, and include ~500 parking spaces. The new Headquarters building will be replacing the existing Riverside County Fire Department Administrative Headquarters currently located 210 West San Jacinto Avenue in the the City of Perris. The proposed Heavy Urban Fire Station would be staffed by 12 people and have ~10,000 sf of interior space, including living areas, truck bays, and office space. The Fire Station would be operated 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
