Document Description
The County of Los Angeles, Department of Public Works proposes to repair portions of the Channel. The Channel requires repairs to correct damage from erosion that impede proper flood control. Approximately 8,150 ft of the Channel would be repaired as part of the proposed project. The proposed project is a short-term construction project that would not result in any operational changes to the flood control of the Channel. The project components include: reconstruction; channel wall repair; channel spot repair; and channel replacement at various locations. The concrete finish of all repairs would match the existing finish of the Channel.
