Conditional Use to permit the installation, use, and maintenance of a new unmanned wireless telecommunications facility, consisting of a 56 ft in height monopole disguised to appear as a 61 ft in height palm tree (monopalm) and associated ground-level equipment cabinets, within an ~420 sf lease area surrounded by a proposed 8 ft in height wrought iron fence, in conjunction with an existing 52 room motel, on an ~45,683 sf parcel in the [Q]C2-1-1 Zone. The installation would include 3 sectors mounted on the monopole, having 4 panel antenna each with a maximum height of 56 ft, and an 2 ft diameter parabolic dish antenna mounted at a height of 48 ft.
