Project activitieswould include the following: Demolish all structures and re-grade property; Remove all landscaping and irrigation: remove all retaining walls; Remove all existing asphalt and concrete; Remove all existing utilities and stub out; Remove existing wood trellis and patio cover; and Re-landscape the site to match existing palette on Highway 111.
