The expansion will involve the addition of 36,996 square feet of commercial retail uses, resulting in a 179, 933 -square-foot Walmart store with a full-service grocery department. The Project will include demolition of the existing Tire and Lube Express and an adjacent, vacant, 7,000-sqaure-foot commercial structure.
