Document Description

The project site is located on Montezuma Valley Road near Lease Road in the North Mountain Community Planning area, within unincorporated San Diego County. The site is subject to the General Plan Regional Category Rural Development Area Land Use Designation Multiple Rural Use 18. Zoning is A70 Limited Agriculture. The site contains an existing single family residence that will be retained. Access to the site is provided by a private road connecting to Montezuma Valley Road. The project would be served by an on-site septic system and groundwater.
