Document Description
The project is the draft Mission Canyon Community Plan, Residential Design Guidelines and Land Use and Development Code amendments for the Mission Canyon plan area. The existing land use and primary zoning designations will be retained in the plan area. The Community Plan contains goals, policies, development standards and actions intended to regulate and guide future development and improvements. The revised DEIR addresses the comments received regarding project baseline conditions. The revised DEIR includes the following sections that substantially changed as a result of updated baseline buildout information: Project Description, Air Quality, Fire Protection, and Traffic and Circulation.
