Document Description
The project is the draft Mission Canyon Community Plan, Residential Design Guidelines and Land Use and Development Code amendments for the Mission Canyon plan area. The draft EIR evaluates the physical consequences of the total expected amount of urban residential development that could be constructed under the proposed Community Plan (estimated at 157 new residential units at full buildout). The existing land use and primary zoning designations will be retained in the plan area. The Community Plan contains goals, policies, development standards and actions intended to regulate and guide future development and improvements. The Design Guidelines are intended to provide guidance in identifying components that define the character of a neighborhood to use when designing new or remodeled homes.
