The purpose of the current recirculation of the NOP is to provide updated information about the proposed project as it differs from the Project Description provided in the August 2009 NOP.
The applicant proposes to develop a neighborhood-oriented commercial center that would include approximately 51,500 square feet of retail uses, 6,800 square feet of restaurant uses, 7,000 sq. ft. of storage uses, and 8,000 sq. ft. of office commercial uses in a single building. In addition, 3,700 sq. ft. of outdoor dining space within the courtyards and terraces of the commercial center is proposed. The building would contain two stories and would be approximately 39.5 feet in height. The project would include a clock tower or similar architectural element of up to 50 feet in height.
