Document Description
The proposed project would develop 40,139 sf of neighborhood-oriented commercial uses within two story commercial buildings. The buildings would house approximate 25 commercial tenant spaces, ranging from 400 to 6,000 sf. The project would be built above a one-level subterranean parking garage, approximately 12 feet below grade. Additional at-grade parking would be provided in the northern portion of the site. The project site would also include 3,000 sf of outdoor food consumption areas. Each building would be approximately 32 feet in height, and a retractable fabric canopy would be added over the open courtyard areas, bringing the total project height to 50 feet. Existing buildings on the project site would be demolished.
