The Proposed Project described in the September 2010 final EIR has been revised by PG&E to meet regulatory requirements, to support quarry operations, and to maintain the Project's construction schedule. This supplement to the final EIR has been prepared to describe the revised project, to analyze potential impacts associated with the changes, and to proposed mitigation for impacts.
As with the Proposed Project described in the FEIR, the revised Project described in this SEIR consists of upstream and downstream rock buttressing, core wall stabilization, and raising of the CVD crest.
