Implementation of the proposed project would construct a neighborhood of ~260 homes to be occupied by UCI faculty and staff. The proposed project would be located on ~35 acres of undeveloped land located immediately southeast of the intersection of Gabriellino Drive and California Avenue in the southeastern part of the campus. The project also include construction of a new street connecting the neighborhood to Anteater Drive on the campus.
