Permanent transfer of 14,000 acre ft per year (afa) of SWP Table A Amount associated with land in the Dudley Ridge Water District to the Mojave Water Agency in 3 phases, commencing January 1, 2010. The Table A Amount is owned by Sandridge Partners. The land owned by Sandridge and affected by the transfer would be permanently stripped of Table A Amounts. the land would continue to be used for agricultural purposes or would be fallowed.
