Document Description
Site Development Permit (SDP) to remediate impacts to 0.976 acres caused in August 2004 by the installation of an unpermitted perimeter fence around a 40.42 acre site. This site is located almost entirely with the MHPA and covered with native Tier I and II habitats per the City's Environmentally Sensitive Lands Ordinance. The application is the result of violations filed against the owner by the City Attorney and Neighborhood Code Compliance Department per Stipulated Settlement Agreement.
