1) A General Plan Amendment (GPA) application to change the existing General Plan land use designation for a portion of the project site from I-OI (Office & Instituional) to I-G (General Institutional) 2) A rezoning application to rezone a portion of the project site from PI (Professional & Institutional) to Light Industrial 3)An ordinance amendment application to provide for a project specific exemption to the Goleta Growth Management Ordinance 4)A development plan application for 2,880 sf expansion of existing office space and corresponding 1,600 sf reduction in existing warehouse space at facilities owned by the applicant located at 5305 Ekwill Street; demolition of 6,680 sf of existing office space and construction of 51,080 sf of new warehouse, 11,320 sf of office space, 1,600 sf truck washing facility, loading docks, and truck parking all to be located at 5324 Ekwill Street and that portion of 5305 Ekwill Street north of the Ekwill Street cul-de-sac that currently is being used for tractor/trailer parking. Additional elements of the development plan include landscaping, utilities, and drainage improvements. Project grading would involve 2,340 cubic yards of cut and 2,480 cubic yards of fill 5)A lot line adjustment application to adjust the lot lines between 5324 and 5305 Ekwill Street 6)A request for abandonment of 22,679 sf of Ekwill Street right-of-way easement and 4,699 sf of Ekwill Street right-of-way held in fee by the City.
