Demolition of the exisitng Science and Technology Buildings, parking lot, and softball field and construction of a 84,000 sq. ft., 3-story Science and Technology Building, parking lot, and softball field in a reconfigured site layout. Reconfigure vehicle access to 6th St., with an enhanced pedestrian entrance along Michigan Avenue. Update of campus-wide fire alarm and electrical systems; football field resurfacing and improvement of gym ceiling and gym and pool locker room ventilation.
