- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Amendment No. 2 to Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2018-0278-R4, issued to the County of San Luis Obispo Flood Control and Water Conservation District. The Project includes activities related to the construction of flood control walls, the raising of the existing levees, and the placement of large woody log structures along portions of Arroyo Grande Creek and Old Los Berros Creek for the purpose of increasing capacity to a 10-year flood protection. Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement, as amended, includes changes to allow work beyond October 31, 2020 each year upon written approval from CDFW.
