The AOC approved the New Porterville Courthouse Project in 2009. The AOC's proposed project change consists of the addition of an easement and acquisition of three parcels (253-160-030, 253-160-031), and another parcel that has no assessor parcel number) along Garden Avenue on the southwest corner of the intersection of Garden Avenue and Murray Street and an easement. The parcels and easement provide additional parking spaces, connect the existing courthouse parcel to additional parcels, and provide a limited access to Garden Avenue.
