Document Description
Safety improvement to the Emerald Bay entrance at pacific Coast highway and Shamrock Road. A traffic signal, raised median and street striping and signage will be constructed within the Caltrans right-of-way on Pacific Coast Highway. Additional improvement consist of widening Shamrock Road, the relocation and reconstruction of the existing guardhouse, which will be relocated approximately 40 feet north of the current location, grading and landscaping. The paced entrance area will be widened approximately 24 feet to accommodate the proposed improvements. A sidewalk will continue to be provided on the south side of Shamrock Road.
