Document Description
The proposed DVSP Upate would update and expand the boundaries of the existing Downtown Specific Plan No. 26. The primary goal of the DVSP Update is to stimulate reinvestment in older and underutilized properties to provide housing and commercial uses that would result in the recreation of a dynamic downtown area. The DVSP Update would be used as a tool to guide and direct new redevelopment, economic development, streetscape and traffic improvements, parking, pedestrian amenities, and mixed land uses in the SPA.
