Document Description

Development of the lots would entail construction or extension of anciliary facilities, such as roads, lighting, sewer and domestic water lines. Access to the site is proposed via Reynolds Avenue from State Route 184 (Weedpatch Highway) and Man-O-War Avenue via Whirlaway Street off of Mountain View Road. Domestic water and sewer are proposed from the Lamont Public Utility District.
