Approval of a Reclamation Plan for continued operations at the Hansen Gravel Bar, previously known as Hansen Pit Mill, along the east side of the Eel River. The term of the Reclamation Plan is 15 years and will expire May 5, 2023. A determination of vested right for a maximum annual extraction of 50,000 cubic yards of river run sand and gravel was made in 1992.
