Document Description
State Water Resources Control Board is submitting this NOE as Responsibility Agency.
The project will involve constructing approximately 2,857 feet of sewer mains and 83 branches in Herndon Town, and approximately 2,080 feet of eight-inch sewer main, 44 house branches, and four manholes along Cortland Avenue and Fountain Way. The Project will connect to the Fresno-Clovis Regional Wastewater Reclamation Facility, which will treat the wastewater from these areas.
