The project will install 1,420 linear feet of eight-inch water mains within the existing rights-of-way in five segments of streets in Herndon Town Site, on the north side of West Herndon Avenue, on the east side of North Weber Avenue, approximately one-half mile south of the San Joaquin River and one-half mile west of the North Bryan Avenue alignment.
