This lease is for warehouse space that is currently sub-leased from the consultant firm. The warehouse space has been used for over two years. The space is used for levee samples for the Department's levee projects. DWR leases a total of 14,800 Square Feet. We request this warehouse rather than moving to a new space to save the cost of moving which could cost over $100,000.
