Document Description
The City of Elk Grove proposes to rehabilitate the road segments with either asphalt concrete overlay or rubberized cape seal. Work will include conform grinding at intersecting and cross streets and along the edge of pavement or the entire project length. It is anticipated that two to three feet of shoulder backing will be installed along unimproved edges of street segments, where feasible.
