Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board), Division of Water Rights (Division) issued Permit 17425 (A024804) on August 10, 1978. On May 15, 2002, Big Basin Water Company Inc. filed a petition for a ten-year extension of time. The petition was subsequently revised to request a one-year extension to allow 1999 water diversion and use data to be used for licensing purposes. The water diversion rate increased from 0.35 cubic foot per second in 1998 to 0.37 cubic foot per second in 1999. The annual amount allowed per year increased from 221 acre-feet in 1998 to 231 acre-feet in 1999.
