This project includes the installation or construction of infrastructure necessary for the facility to stay in compliance with State Law governing handling of wastes and other recyclable materials. The site is located within the Resource Protection Zone and a geologically sensitive area; therefore the work required a Use Permit (Coastal Development Permit) and Initial Study.
