Document Description
Relocate and construct about 6.6 miles of 69 kV subtransmission line, and construct two new substations - the Prairie City and Easton Valley-Birkmond substations. The new substations would step down 69-kV power to 12 kV for residential and commercial service to support the existing customer, Aerojet General Corporation (Aerojet), and the two new proposed Easton communities, Easton Place and Glenborough at Easton (The Easton Project), located within the Aerojet Special Planning Area in Sacramento County.
