Yuba County is requesting a recommendation of a General Plan Amendment to update the County's Housing Element, one of the required elements of the general plan. The 2008-2013 Housing Element consists of updated draft Housing Element goals, policies, and programs which deal with 7 topics: Housing Conservation, Production of Housing, Provision of Adequate Housing Sites, Removal of Governmental Constraints, Regional Coordination, Equal Housing Opportunity, and Historic Preservation.
