Document Description
The City of Ceres created the Downtown Specific Plan to address the development and re-development of the 121 acre area in the downtown area of Ceres. The Specific Plan made some amendments to the Ceres General Plan to make the two documents consistent. The adoption of proposed amendments to the General Plan established new land use designations to ensure consistency between the Specific Plan and the Ceres General Plan. Additionally, a zoning ordinance amendment was required to adopt a new Downtown Specific Plan.
