NOTE: Review per lead The BPSP is a policy document for developing a successful bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure within the City of Willits. The draft BPSP includes goals, policies, and implementing actions to: Promote safe bicycle and pedestrian facilities; Encourage walking and the use of bicycles as feasible alternatives for moving throughout the City; Promote bicycle and pedestrian access to shopping, work, schools, recreation opportunities and other destinations throughout the City; Enhance the overall quality of life within the City; and Provide for education, enforcement, engineering and funding as basic components of an effective implementation program for the BPSP.
