The proposed parking lot will consist of asphalt paving, striped to identify 250-300 parking stalls and circulation aisles. Access to the parking area would be from Ash Street, east of French Camp Road. Landscaping & lighting would be located within the project boundaries. The proposed parking area operated from available utilities, no utility service will be required.
