Contra Costa County (Health Services Dept Applicant) and Cristini & Martinez LLC (owners): request for authorization to provide facilities for mental health recovery services. The authorizations being requested include the following: a) acquisition of the 2.2 acre parcel addressed 20 Allen Street, Martinez, b) relocation of existing tenants of the 20 Allen Street property, c) relocation of 60 existing hospital staff parking stalls to the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center campus, d) demolition of the existing structures on-site, and e) construction of 2 buildings and associated on-site parking facilities that are intended to accommodate 3 treatment programs: (a) Crisis Residential Facility; (b) Psychiatric Health Facility; (c) Assessment and Recovery Center.
