This project proposes a subdivision of an ~87.27 acre parcel into 2 parcels. The proposed lot line is Elk River Road which bifurcates the property. Proposed Parcel 1 will be ~43.27 acres and is developed with single-family residence. Proposed Parcel 2 will be ~44 acres and is currently developed with a deck and water tank, not in use. Minimal grading is anticipated and no trees are proposed to be removed as a part of this project. Water service is provided by the Humboldt Community Services District. The existing residence on proposed Parcel 1 has an approved primary and reserve leachfield area.
