Document Description
The subject application is for Design Review and Grading for the construction of a two story, 11,845 sf house including an attached garage (880 sf) on Country View Lane in the Calero Lake Estates subdivision located north of Calero Lake and South of Santa Teresa County Park, in unincorporated Santa Clara County. The new construction will also entail installation of a driveway from Country View Lane and an onsite septic system to service the residence. Water supply to the residences will be provided by Great Oak Water company, which is the water purveyor for the subdivision.
The total estimated grading quantities for the subject project include 726 cubic yards of cut and 114 cubic yards of fill for the construction of the house and the driveway, and landscaping. The project entails removal of one coast live oak tree (14" DBH) to facilitate the construction of the residence.
