NOTE: Review Per Lead This project proposes to construct improvements at three spot locations. The improvements include: improving sight distance; upgrading the existing lanes and shoulders; increasing the super-elevation; installing metal beam guardrails; and placing warning signs. To accommodate these improvements, the existing slope would be cut back and soil nail retaining walls would be constructed.
